Dancing Yay!!!!

This past weekend Kaleb, myself and my next door nieghbors went to concerts in the park. The concert was Boogie nights! It was so much fun! Kaleb really enjoyed the music.

First Birthday

One year has finally past! Kaleb had his 1st Birthday bash on Saturday. The theme of the party was "Rubber Duckie". We had a great time, there were about 25 guests that came, 5 of them were Kaleb's closest baby friends. All turned 1 year. Kaleb had a hard time throughout the party, he just wanted to hang on to me most of the time. When it came to presents he opened up alittle, but then he recieved the greatest present in his eyes, it was a winnie the pooh ride along car. Once he saw that, there was no stopping him from riding all around the room. The Birthday cake was another non exciting thing for him. He was just not interested, and would not even put a finger on it. He was more interested in the candle, and at one point he almost ate it! silly kid. So he didn't make much of a mess, that was good for me I guess. I'm greatful for those who celebrated this big milestone with us. I still can't believe he is 1 and growing so much each and every day.

First Steps!

Today Kaleb took his first steps! I am so excited! I've been waiting for this day to arrive, and soon it will hit me before I know it. A few of Kaleb's friends are already walking and everytime we have a playdate with them he is eager to do what they are doing. He shows this by grabbing them and pulling them down, as if he is trying to tell them, "well I can't do what your doing, so you can't either!" he is growing up so much! People tell me to enjoy this moment, the not walking stage. They say he will get into everything when he is walking, but i say what's the difference he already gets into everything? I can't wait for the day when he toddles around the house, I think it's so cute when thier little feet are moving faster than they can and they topple down on the ground. Soon it will be my turn! yay
