we always start with singing book of mormon stories, we do the actions and it gets them in to folding their arms for a prayer. then we have family business and let everyone add in what they are doing throughout the week. then we look at a picture, from the FHE/church distributed material big BLUE box of pictures, and read what's on the back, ask questions have the kid repeat what we've said (a little of it) and finish! ALWAYS make a big deal about their good behavior. Kids should be able to sit for 15 minutes. Good luck! And what great resolution!
we do basically exactly what shay does. We all pick a song to sing, have prayer, have family business, then a small lesson, then we have closing prayer and a treat afterwards.
I was in one ward that had a FHE co-op with about 10 families. Everyone prepared 10 copies of one lesson topic that they chose and then they met every couple months to distribute and share the lesson ideas. You put alot of work into preparing the 10 "kits" but you walked away with 10 separate lessons.
I have the cutest family ever! or as I'm told! I have the best husband in the world, who is a hard worker and provides for my family. I am able to stay home with our beautiful sons Kaleb,Bryce and our beautiful daughter Jazelle. My family brings so much joy in my life. I love to go out with friends, dance, sing, workout, sleep, spend time with my husband, and family.

I got that new nursery manual called "Behold Your Little Ones". It has cute lessons in there.

We also use the nursury manual a lot. The lessons are short perfect for little ones!
