Look what our Garden has produced! and a lot of them, I had no idea what to do with these so while talking to a friend of mine, she said she had just made Salsa with her tomatoes. I let her know that I was interested in getting the recipe so she sent it to me along with some ingredients I had not had in my home so that I can make it right away. The salsa came out wonderfully.Nothings better than home made!

Yummy! I'm so jealous--a rabbit or squirrel has been eating all my tomatoes! Try this recipe: chopped up tomatoes, chopped up fresh Mozzerella cheese, chopped up fresh basil (grows great out here), drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt. My favorite!
