Bummer

Ok so I've been waiting for this day for the longest time, you all know. Every time anyone would ask me "do you know what your having?" I would have to think of how far away the date was. First I was disappointed that I would be almost 22 weeks when I had my appt. and the norm is from 16-20 weeks. Ok so the day has finally come today! and I am so anxious and excited. I drink my 32 oz of water ready to burst. And walk into the Ultrasound room, it seems like it took forever. It was finally my turn to look at the screen, and see this wonderful miracle growing inside me, everything is perfect, the profile, arms, legs, and the heartbeat. Then the technician informs me that the baby has flipped and she cannot get a good picture of the genitals!! She says that the baby is in a sitting position and it's legs are too close together. I've heard this happening but I didn't think it would happen to me! So what I'm really disappointed over is the technician, I don't think she tried as hard as she could to try to get a picture, she was worried she had another appt. at 12. so I only got a half an hour. So now I have to wait even longer!!! RRRR

So I just changed my Doctor to the one that delivered Kaleb and it my insurance won't be affective till the 1st. So I am hoping to get another Ultrasound with the new doctor. Wish me luck!

Im so sorry. I hope you get to find out soon what you are having. They couldn't tell what Clarke was either because his hand was covering himself. So I went to one of those 3d places the very next day because I was so anxious.

They couldn't tell with Anna at my ultra sound. Luckily (I guess) I had a blocked kidney at 29 weeks and had to have an ultrasound on my kidney and the tech was nice enough to look at the gender. Sorry you have to wait longer.
