Kaleb had his 4 yr check up last month and he did great! He had to change into a gown and looked so cute. The nurse measured his height ( 38 inches ) and weighed him ( 33 lbs ).He even received 4 shots, and was so brave didn't even shed a tear. Kaleb is so smart at 4 and loves to learn new things all the time. his favorite question is "Why?"
